Non-Discrimination Policy Welcome to COREolate 360 Fitness. We are committed to providing equal access to our programs and services to all individuals without regard to race, color, national origin, disability, or age. We follow all applicable non-discrimination laws and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Notification to Clients and Employees/Applicants COREolate 360 Fitness does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, or age in its programs and activities. This non-discrimination policy applies to all clients, employees, and job applicants. Our services and programs are accessible to all individuals, ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunity.

Grievance Procedures We have established grievance procedures to address any complaints regarding discriminatory acts against individuals with disabilities. Wilbur LaSane, the owner of COREolate 360 Fitness, is designated to coordinate our compliance efforts related to disability discrimination. Our procedures ensure that reasonable accommodations are made so that individuals with disabilities have equal access to all programs and services.

Policies and Procedures

  • No person, on the basis of age or disability, will be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity offered by COREolate 360 Fitness.
  • Programs and services are provided in the most integrated setting appropriate to the needs of individuals, regardless of disability.
  • Separate but equal programs are available to ensure that benefits and services are equally effective.
  • No qualified individual will be denied the opportunity to be a member of our planning or advisory boards based on race, color, national origin, or disability.

Language Assistance and Auxiliary Aids

  • Written policies ensure language assistance is available to clients who are not proficient in English, enabling their participation in services and programs.
  • Written materials regarding benefits and services, including waivers of rights or consent to treatment, are available to individuals with impaired sensory or speaking skills.
  • Auxiliary aids, such as braille, taped material, interpreters, and aids for hearing-impaired individuals, are provided as necessary to ensure equal opportunity to benefit from our programs and services.

Client and Employment Procedures

  • Intake procedures are free from measures that would screen out individuals based on race, color, national origin, or disability.
  • Hiring and employment procedures do not include measures that would screen out individuals based on race, color, national origin, or disability.
  • Reasonable accommodations are made for applicants and employees with known mental or physical limitations, which may include making facilities accessible, modifying work schedules, modifying equipment, and providing readers/interpreters or other similar actions.
  • Pre-employment physical exams are conducted uniformly for all entering employees, and results are used only to determine the applicant’s ability to perform job-related functions.
