Injury Recovery Training (I.R.T.)

Our Injury Recovery program is designed to support individuals as they transition from clinical physical therapy to more advanced fitness and rehabilitation training. As a certified NASM personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist, and group fitness trainer. I offer tailored programs that build on the foundational recovery achieved in physical therapy.

Advanced Recovery Training (A.R.T.)

Leveraging my expertise in performance enhancement, our Advanced Recovery Training (A.R.T.) includes:
